HOW MUCH DOES PROPERTY STYLING COST?
For an idea of a price range, furniture hire packages (minimum 6 weeks) for smaller 2- 3 bedroom properties can range in price from $2,500 to $4,000 for a vacant home. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO STYLE MY PROPERTY?
Most styling installations take one day to complete, so the process is fairly quick. The installations are usually arranged for the day of, or before, your property photos are taken. This is also the day that your hire period starts.
AM I ALLOWED TO USE THE FURNITURE?
Our furniture and furnishings are for display purposes only so they should not be used while they are in your property. Should any of the furniture be damaged from personal use we will be forced to charge a replacement fee.
DO I NEED TO BE AT THE PROPERTY DURING THE STYLING INSTALLATION?
You do not have to be around during the styling installation, in fact we prefer if you aren't, because it makes the final reveal a more dramatic transformation! We only require that we meet you for the initial consultation to view the property and understand your requirements.
